1. At this time, In accordance with Government Code Section 54954.3(a) regarding Special Board Meetings, the public is invited to comment on any item listed on the agenda before or during consideration of that item. The public is invited to comment on the identified items listed under "Closed Session" prior to adjournment to Closed Session. In order to address the Board of Trustees, a speaker shall complete and turn in a Blue Card to the Board's Recording Secretary prior to the start of the Board meeting. Comments shall be limited to three minutes per person.
