Meeting Schedule
Regular meetings of the Ripon Unified School District Board of Education are held at 7:00 p.m. on the second Monday of each month (exceptions noted*) in the City Hall Meeting Chambers, 259 Wilma Avenue, Ripon CA. 95366.

Public Comment
Presentations are limited to items not on the agenda. When you are recognized, state your name and then proceed with your presentation. State law prohibits the Trustees from taking action on any item not on the agenda. No person shall speak for more than three minutes, and the total time allotted for discussion for any one item shall not exceed twenty minutes. (Board Bylaws 9323)
For items on the agenda, a person wishing to be heard by the Board shall first be recognized by the President of the Board and shall then proceed to comment as briefly as the subject permits. Individual speakers shall be allowed three minutes to address the Board on each item. The Board shall limit the total time for public input on each item to twenty minutes (Board Bylaw 9323)
Viewing the Agenda
By clicking the MEETINGS link in the upper left corner of this page, you can view the most current meeting agenda. From this page, you can see the current agenda and descriptions of the items .
As more meetings are posted on the site, clicking the CALENDAR link will allow you to select the current meeting or past meetings that are in the system (since December 2010).
Clicking on individual agenda items will show any additional information on that item including any supporting documents. If an item has supporting documents the documents can be downloaded by clicking on Supporting Documents and then Download.
Printing the Agenda
After navigating to a meeting agenda, the agenda can be printed by going to the upper right corner of the page, and clicking the word AGENDA on the Printable Version icon.

Any individual agenda item can be printed by selecting that item, then clicking the following link, which is also located in the upper right corner.

Meeting Minutes

After minutes are approved they will be posted and accessible from that meeting's agenda page. Minutes can be printed by going to the upper right corner of the page, and clicking the word Minutes. If minutes have not yet been posted a message indicating this will appear.
