GUHSD went online with our Governing Board Meeting Agendas and supporting documents beginning with the September 12, 2013 Regular Governing Board Meeting.  Board Meeting Agendas are posted for the public at the District Office and can be viewed or downloaded on this site once each meeting is posted.  

Please join us online by connecting to the GUHSD wireless network (wifi) with your wireless internet-capable electronic device (laptop, iPad, tablet, reader or smart phone).

• GUHSD employees can access the internet by connecting to the "GUHSD Staff Network" on your e-device and entering your network credentials.                                                              

• Parents, students and members of the public can access the internet by connecting to the "GUHSD Guest Network" on their e-device and entering guest login credentials.  Wifi access for guests will be available during the Board Meeting; guest credential information will be located on the back table in the Board Room at each meeting, along with instructions regarding connecting to the GUHSD wifi.

Staff and guests who do not have an applicable e-device, or choose not to connect to the GUHSD wifi, may view the Agenda Online on one of the monitors stationed in the Board Room (on the left of the audience and above the dais).

Following the September 12th Board Meeting, from this page, you can view a calendar of all meetings which have been posted by clicking on the CALENDAR  link in the upper left corner of this page.  Click on the meeting you wish to view to see the agenda for that particular meeting.

• To view our Governing Board Meeting Minutes:

After minutes are approved they will be posted and accessible from that meeting's agenda page.  Minutes can be printed by going to the upper right corner of the MEETINGS page, and clicking the word Minutes on the Printable Version icon. If minutes have not yet been posted a message indicating this will appear.
